For the second year in a row, Atlantis is celebrating their partnership with JetBlue Getaways by taking over their biggest terminal in the US, JFK's T-5 in New York. This is the second year we've been asked to be involved from the start, coming up with fun guest activities, assisting with the design of the space, ordering promotional materials, working with Jetblue to coordinate access to the airport and managing overall execution and staff.
This year we helped to add a fully interactive area, complete with photo ops, games and even a Battle 4 Atlantis themed basketball pop-a-shot. We also added an early check-in program for guests heading to Atlantis this year, which we executed using an iPad program that sent guest information directly to the front desk at the hotel.
All in all, the event was a lot of fun and a huge success. Aside from the simple brand exposure to passersby and distribution of close to 20K promotional items, 976 photos taken at the electronic photo booths were shared in social media and creating over 66K impressions on facebook and 40K on Twitter. We also collected hundreds of emails and opt-ins via "The Great Escape" contest which will award one winner a Grand Prize trip to Atlantis.
